On the western coast of the Peloponnese, approximately 7 km south of the port town of Kyllini and about 3 km northwest of the small, charming village of Kastro, lies the peaceful area of Psili Rachi, extending all the way to the sea. Here, directly on the beach and surrounded by beautiful, lush greenery, the holiday homes NIKOS and DIONISIOS are situated on a flat, spacious natural garden property surrounded by olive and pine trees and in close proximity to the extensive beach.
On this sunny coast of Ilia, with its unique views of the Ionian Sea and the islands of Zakynthos and Kefalonia, the simply and functionally furnished holiday homes offer a relaxing setting. Directly on the beach in front of the houses is a taverna. It is run by the owners of the holiday homes, who take great care of their guests and provide delicious meals. The taverna is generally open from June 1 to September 20.
The holiday home DIONISIOS is located directly on the beach, slightly offset from the others and approximately 15 m from another holiday home. On the adjoining olive-tree-covered property, about 90 m behind the holiday homes, there are three more NIKOS holiday homes arranged in a row. Two of them (WEPGB003-4) are rented through us, while the third is occasionally occupied by the owner's family.
The simply and functionally furnished holiday home NIKOS 4 is situated at the end of this row of houses, next to holiday home NIKOS 3, nestled in a beautiful olive grove. The house is located on the raised ground floor and is accessible via approximately five steps.
The large terrace surrounding the house offers lovely views of the olive grove in front of the property. The living room, with its adjoining kitchenette, leads to the bedrooms and bathroom. From the living room, you have direct access to the spacious, covered terrace that wraps around the house – the true centerpiece of the holiday home. Here, you can relax, read, enjoy the sunshine, or simply unwind.
At the rear of the property, there is an outdoor barbecue that can be shared by guests of the three holiday homes. The fine pebble beach is just under 200 m away. Sun loungers and parasols are available for guests on the beach.
A perfect location for those seeking peace and quiet, surrounded by beautiful countryside and close to the sea, offering carefree and relaxing days by the water. Several lovely sandy beaches can be found further south, approximately 5 km away.
