Experience awesome outdoor adventures nearby including the Appalachian Trail that adjoins our property. We are very fortunate to have the beautiful Kelly Knob AT hike right in our backyard. If you brave the initial steep half-mile, you are rewarded with a lovely rolling hike in woods capped off with a spectacular view of the New River Valley. If you are feeling hearty you can start the hike without any driving straight from the farm house.

PLEASE NOTE! We have a lovely couple residing in the basement studio apartment. I have found Tyla & Anthony to be exceptional young people - responsible, considerate and friendly.
The apartment has a separate outside entrance and they will be very respectful of your presence in the house and your right to privacy and a quiet and non-intrusive Retreat stay.
But they will be happy to chat with you about the area or answer questions you might have or help you out in any way that he can while you're there, if you wish.
